Products can be ordered by phone, fax, post or E-mail. Our terms require us to receive full payment by cheque or credit card if purchased by indivuals before your order can be fully administered. |

Delivery |

Most of the products are manufactured to order and can take up to 10 working days to complete, however if you have a specific 'in service' date we will do our best to meet it. Please contact us for specific dates. |

Guarantee |
|
All products are warranted for 12 months against manufacturing defects and product failures |

Service |
| All faulty products must be returned to the factory in its original carton where possible. If there is a fault we will arrange service through our network of service engineers although in most cases we will send a new replacement and pick up the faulty couch at a later date. |
